I would take that with a grain of salt though.  It's frequently the case 
that decimals are used when a fraction is more precise.  While 1.25 is 
mathematically exactly equivalent to 1 1/4, they are very different in terms of 
precision, and the ".25" is particularly suspicious looking.  It could be that 
the value of the <loghqam> is simply closer to 5/4 than to either 4/4 or 
6/4, which is quite a large variance.
