I don't understand what you are saying. These fonts contain the Mac  
and Windows Latin character sets (it will look like Times). And they  
contain pIqaD with PUA code points, as specified in http://www.evertype.com/standards/csur/klingon.html

I don't know if Vista is supported. All I know is that I took the spec  
there and implemented it for the Mac.
