It's somewhat rare in Klingon spoken by us Terrans. That could be
due to our biases, rather than any such tendency in the language
itself. We have examples where Klingon does repeat words, and Marc
Okrand comments that it doesn't sound awkward to a Klingon. On the
other hand, in the specific context of information being presented by
a computer, I tend to think that clipped Klingon might be
appropriate. That removes redundancy to the point of leaving *no*
grammatical information about certain things.
