I like doing web design and would not mind helping, however I too have other things more important, however if the was a design team... all with a team leader then no one person would need to devote all their time to the site. One could do the graphics, one JavaScript, another PHP, another MySQL (or what ever database), et cetera.

P.S. Only one person would need access the the server, we would all exchange data with him/her, and a FTP area could be set up for each to send data to, and others could see each others data as it is updated.

Web site updates are a matter of some concern. Only one person has
full access to the site's files. The KLI is low on his list of
life's priorities. This is a problem that must be addressed.
