Switch to a portal (CMS) system such as a PHP based one where it used a MySQL database were store data is saved to a database that has it's own web based editor. I use one already.

The KLI's webmaster has not set up a way for the Merchant page to be
updated without his intervention. His intervention is difficult to
obtain. This is a problem that must be addressed.
