Below is the current inventory of back issues. Traditionally, they
cost four dollars each (five dollars for {jatmey}) plus shipping and
handling.
As part of our pre-conference festivities (no, really), from now
until the qep'a', you can order any of them for only TWO dollars
each, plus an additional two dollars for shipping and handling for
ever every four (rounding up).
Examples:
Order #1: HolQeD 1(1), HolQeD 5(1), HolQeD 5(2), jatmey 1.
(Four issues X $2) + $2 S&H = $10
Order #2: HolQeD 11(1 – 4), HolQeD 12(1 – 2), jatmey 3.
(Seven issues X $2) + $4 S&H = $18
NOTE: These prices are for US orders only. S&H outside the US will be
more, and I'll calculate those on a case by case basis.
