Christopher is misunderstanding Ca'Non as direct address. He's thinking
"Ca'Non, Master of the Klingons" instead of "Voragh, Ca'Non Master of
the Klingons."
Christopher, Voragh is calling himself a "Ca'Non Master." He has already
explained the joke.
