When Tao became availiable, Lawrence stated that the merchant page wasn't up & provided a mailing address to send money to.

I would presume that the KLI (i.e. a closet/spare room in Lawrence's house) has remaining copies of several items, and I'm sure he'd love to move them out.
But a direct message to/from LS would be in order to find out what he has in stock.
On the other hand, Amazon (or even your local bookstore) should be able to provide you with all 4 translations (Hamlet, Much Ado..., ghIlghameS, Tao) in paperback. And probably at a discount.
The advantage to going through the KLI would be getting a hardbound TTC, and getting funds back into the pockets of the KLI (and the off chance of LS tossing in some KLI "goodies").

I would e-mail Lawrence directly, and if you don't get an answer, proceed to Amazon.

Oh, and I don't recall him ever posting the price for overseas shipping-just US.
