Never used in canon.

Related verbs:

{Sutlh} negotiate; {tlhong} barter, bargain; {ja'chuq} discuss; {malja'
Huq} "transact business"; {ghar} conduct diplomacy

I'm not sure the average Klingon would see any difference between {moS} and
{jegh}!. <g>

TKW p. 89: In Klingon, the word for "surrender", {jegh}, also can be
translated as "give up", in the sense of abandoning a project.
