Hol ghojwI'pu':

A Trek fan (with copious memory) to the rescue.

>bireQtagh N bregit_lung* breathing set? excised animal lung?

I think it's a disease.

>qevaS N kevas what is this?
>Dilyum N trillium mineral or what?

In the episode whose name escapes me, but which involves Kirk and Spock
being trapped on Organia when the Klingons invade (at the beginning
of a Federation-Klingon war), Spock poses as "a Vulcan trader in kevas
and trillium". Obviously commodities of the future.

>Hergh_Qaywi' N [hypo|pneumatic_hypo]*	hypodermic syringe or what?
>Herghwi' N [hypo|pneumatic_hypo]*	hypodermic syringe or what?

The little air-hypos ("hyposprays") that all the doctors use on Star Trek
instead of needles to inject things are "pneumatic hypos".

>pipyuS N pipius* what is this?

Not sure.

>qeli'qam N kellicam what is this?

A unit of distance. In _ST3_ when Kruge's ship is approaching the
Enterprise cloaked, Maltz reads off the decreasing ranges in "kellicams".

>Qi'tu' N Paradise* a planet? or a religious concept?

Probably the Klingon paradise (a religious concept) mentioned in
_ST5_. "Vortavor" was the Romulan paradise, I think.

>ro'qegh'iwchab N rokeg_blood_pie*	what is a rokeg?

The only mention is in the TNG episode "Family", when Worf's mother mentions
it was one of his favorite dishes as a child. ("With Worf, _everything_ had
to be Klingon. I had to learn to make Rokeg Blood Pie!" When she asks Worf
if he needs anything later, he asks if she could make him some of her
Rokeg Blood Pie.)

>targh N targ* what is this?

Not sure.

>toplin N topaline is this a mineral?

Yes. Probably mentioned in a TOS episode.

>Dom N radan (crude_dilithium_crystal)	(He <does> explain this entry)

I think this is mentioned in a TOS episode dealing with the Klingons,
where they were trying to gain the confidence of a planet's leaders so
they could mine the crystals. (Perhaps "Elaan of Troyius"? or maybe
"Friday's Child".)

When, in TNG, is a "veqlargh" (a type of demon) mentioned? Are they
represented in Worf's holodeck calisthenics program?
