More likely, you're the victim of a brain-dead mailer. I've been trying to send you stuff for weeks and it keeps bouncing from your site. You missed the discussion that led up to this, in which it was said that we don't need to free up uppercase letters for "their normal functions" in Klingon, since many languages, like Hebrew, do fine without them. Someone else argued that he'd seen "uppercase" on a Hebrew typewriter, and I was responding to that. You should probably yell very loudly at your local postmaster, since I've had a lot of trouble reaching you... ~mark
