Oh, I guess it's superfluous to add to the glottal discussion, but almost
every English word starting with a vowel sound has a half-hearted glottal
stop.

And, I like to use this a means of teaching a' e' I' :
	Pronounce the words sought, set and sit.
	Now catch yourself just before you pronounce the t.
	You'll have left sa', se' and sI'.

Of course this fails terribly for o' and u' since these glide too much in
American English.

PS I meant to say the glottal stop with Vxxx words is prepositioned 'Vxxx.
