Yep, it's Okrand. The tape has roughly even amounts of Marc Okrand
(doing the Klingon pronunciation) and Michael Dorn (as the cultural
guide).

It's a pretty amusing tape, in addition to being quite useful for the
student of Klingon (especially the novice student). There is some new
information (how to tell time, for example) and plenty of fun dialogues
in Klingon (with English translation).

Okrand's pronunciation guides are particularly useful, especially when
it comes to the pronunciation of the glottal stop (which, sad to say,
I'd been doing very incorrectly).
