OK, I don't know how practical this would be, since it depends on the 
mailer that the individual uses.  I'm on Unix, using Pine.  This allows 
you to attach a file to your letter.  This way, you would have to make a 
conscious effort to view the English, but at the same time it would be 
easily accesible.
