i noticed this too. other similar words are
tung discourage (v)
tungHa' encourage (v)
yuD be dishonest (v)
yuDHa' be honest (v)
while i was mildly surprised that
voq trust, have faith in (v)
voqHa' distrust (v)
do not fit the reverse-english pattern.
