Terror. "Balance of Terror". Kirk keeps going on about the balance of
power, but the title is "Balance of Terror". Episode 14, stardate 1709.1,
first aired Dec 15, 1966.
The original poster got it right, guys - no more second-guessing required.
Can we go back to Klingon now, please?
