Yep, looks like I'm guilty for bringing a few others in here. People saw
my response to the survey in soc.culture.esperanto and there was a brief
discussion over there, as many had never heard of tlhIngan Hol. And so the
word spreads....
Hmmmmm. *Can* we make up thumbnail-sketches of the grammar/etc. without
stepping on the copyright? How much can we do?

It's an interesting question in _general_ but in this specific case I
think the best advice we can give him is, "Get a dictionary". I have no
objection to making Okrand rich and increasing sales to TKD, since that
increases the chance that they will give us more data in the future.
And if this guy can't afford ten bucks, he ain't serious anyway.
