It's a shareware add-on for DOS and OS2. Makes those OS's what they
should have been designed to be in the first place. You'llfind
it on anonymous ftp sites such as Oak and Simtel and their mirror
sites, probably in the dskutl or utils subdirectory.  If Bill Goat
had any common decency towards DOS users, he'd ... (enough bitching,
