No, I didn't see that, because in general we avoid creating arbitrary
new compound words here. If I see a whole bunch of characters between
two spaces, I assume it's one word with prefixes and/or suffixes and
try to understand it as such.
As has already been said, "leghwI' laH" "ability of one-who-sees" is
instantly understandable. (Being an unreconstructed -ghach user,
though, I would use "leghghach".)
