Dear Friends,
(Ugh! English *DOES* make one sound obsequious)
I have a suggestion that could allow people, like charghwI', to share
their personally revised editions of TKD (which I would gladdly
pay for).
First, acknowledge the existing copyright and who owns it, i.e.,Paramount.
Second, mention that a fee will be asked for the sale of each New-TKD
and that that fee will be sent to Somon&Schuster/Pocket Books to be
noted as a sale of one of their copyrighted books.
Third, send Simon&Schuster/Pocket Books the $10.00 per book and mention
to them that this if for TKD that was copied or otherwise use in a
way that MIGHT infringe on a copywrite.
Forth, cross your fingers in a superstitious hope that you are NOT doing
anything wrong.
Okay, any of you who have a copyright attorny at hand send them my idea.
