OK, I know this is just a sig and I shouldn't take it too seriously.
But I'm having a lot of trouble with the vocabulary here.  The first
sentence just means "Do you speak Klingon?" but the second escapes me.
If I assume that the apparent imperatives are really intended to be
declarative, then I guess that something like "If you really want to
learn Klingon and are willing to civilize yourself..." was intended, but
it's so full of typos like "quong", "quetl", "gach", that it's hard to
tell what's really going on.  Also I think that you meant "'ej" and not
"je".  Can you clarify?
