This is EXACTLY the right place to ask this. I tried that with Word for
Windows 2.0 and never figured out how to do it. That version appears to
require only allow Microsoft's list of languages, but I haven't tried to dig
into that feature in 6.0 yet. It may be less limited. Expertise in Word is
part of how I make my living, after all. I SHOULD be able to figure it out if
it can be done.

Meanwhile, realize that because of affixes, the dictionary will need to
be huge and will take years to develop just by writing text and then ADDing
words to the custom dictionary. Even before we figure out if you can format a
block of text as Klingon, recognize that you CAN create a special dictionary
for it. Word allows you to maintain several discrete custom dictionaries.
Without the foreign formatting feature, however, you cannot EXCLUDE ENGLISH
words from your Klingon text. You should also turn off the autocorrect
features related to capitalization each time you begin writing Romanized
Klingon.

If anybody else figures out how to do this, please post it. It may be a
couple days before I have time to exhaust my efforts at researching this, and
I'd feel no sense of competition with anyone else farther along in the
research.
