 qaStaHvIS wa' lup
yInpu' wa'netlh yInmey

the last line <yInpu' wa'netlh yInmey>  yInpu'  is the perfective -pu'
                                       wa'netlh *DOES* preceed the  plural
                                      yInmey
I perhaps am a bit dense but, ~mark, I can't   find what is wrong with the
grammar.
