Uhm, you're misreading the sentence. "yInpu'" is the verb - the -pu'
indicates that the living of the lives is complete. The subject is
"yInmey", with the inanimate plural suffix.
(The -mey is optional in this case, since the "wa'netlh" indicates
the plurality of the counted object, but it's not incorrect.)
