Same way you get off most other lists. Send mail to the request
address - listname-request@listsite. In this case,
tlhIngan-Hol-request@village.boston.ma.us.
That's the easy part. The tricky part is knowing what to send.
A subject line of "help" will usually get you a help file if the request
address is managed automatically; if not, humans will usually understand,
too. :) Again, in this case, it's automagical - the keyword "unsubscribe"
in the subject will do the trick.
