  Allan C.Wechsler (HolQeD vol1 #1 pp6,9,10) thinks that `rgh` < an old single
consonant *`G` (a voiced version of `Q`, like `gh` but with the back of the
tongue placed as for `q` and `Q`). (At the start of a syllable *`G` > `gh`.)
