Actually, the one I've found that most often produces accidental
expectoration (for me, at least) is `tlh'...
Speaking of which, how do you all pronounce `tlh' when it comes at the
end of a word? Do you voice the `L' sound, or leave it unvoiced?
Also, when you have two glottal stops in a row, such as in the word
"ghe''or", how do you pronounce it? Do you half-voice the preceding
vowel (as when the glottal stop comes at the end of a word) or simply
lengthen the glottal stop?
