qatlhob:

I know how to say A is B law' C is B puS, but what if I want to say A is
B as much as C is B? My guess is A is B law' C is B puSbe'. Does this sound
like a legitimate extention?

Okay, as an example, suppose I swagger up to someone to brag about my
good Klingon pronunciation and say:

tlhIngan Hol jatlh Qugh 'e' QaQ law' tlhIngan Hol vIjatlh 'e' QaQ puSbe'.

     lugh Dochvam qar'a'?

Or would it be better as:

tlhIngan Hol jatlh Qugh 'e' QaQ law' 'ej tlhIngan Hol vIjatlh 'e' QaQ law'.

Or how else would one say, "I speak Klingon as well as Kruge."?
