So new it's never appeared in canon AFAIK.

SEE ALSO:
Duq be stunned (i.e. astonished/astounded/dumbfounded) (v)
yay' be shocked, be dumbfounded (v)

(qurgh < MO, qep'a' 2017): [Okrand] also said about {Duq} and {yay'}, which have similar meanings, that they are synonyms but {Duq} tends to be more so than {yay'}.

rel be dazed (i.e. unable to think properly) (v)
ver be dizzy (v)

(qurgh < MO, qep'a' 2017): [{ver}] is the same word as "be spiral". This refers to having a dizzy sensation -- being lightheaded, feeling like you're spinning around. It cannot be used in the sense of silly.

mIS be confused, be mixed up (v)
mIS confusion (n)
