The verbs {ruS} and {ngIng} were revealed at last year's (2016) qep'a'.

I have written down for the defintions:
{ruS} v. have a positive charge
{ngIng} v. have a negative charge

The KLI New Words List have these defined as:
{ruS} v. have a positive charge, be positivily (sic) charged
{ngIng} v. have a negative charge, be negatively charged

Are these stative verbs? I copied the definitions from an image of the
original qep'a' booklet which was posted online, and the "be"
definitions weren't ther. Were they added/clarified later?
