Are there any rules governing behavior on this list (besides "about or 
in Klingon")? Any punishments? I can't find any. If there are, I would 
like to invoke them against Lieven. If there are not, vaj jItlhabmo' 
Lieven vItIchchu'. I would appreciate anyone with this information 
letting me know.
