Literally "number scientist".  Note that this is given as two words while the only other official example {'otlhtej} "someone who studies quantum mechanics" from qepHom 2014 is one.  Okrand has warned us, however, that spelling in compound nouns is somewhat fluid WRT word breaks.

KGT 172:  Agreeing is not a trait typically associated with Klingon nature, however, and apparently, at least under certain circumstances, this may extend to grammar as well.

N.B. Don't confuse the noun {mI'} "number" with the homophonous verb {mI'} "dance, run in place, exercise, do calisthenics, do martial arts movements".
