You are definitely getting much closer. I still don't see {-vIS} represented in your English sentence. It means "while" - "WHILE you are using the Klingon language, I believe you will be able to speak those sentences." You may not be able to say (or even understand) what I wrote, but I believe the simple sentences at the top, which you once wrote in English, may actually be within your abilities in Klingon, so I was trying to encourage you to write them in Klingon.
