{wovmoHbogh jan} is two words; {wovmoHbogh} and {jan}.
{wov} is a verb from TKD.
{jan} is a noun from TKD

{wov} is using two suffixes here, {-moH} and {-bogh}, both from TKD.

All together which means something like "device which causes it to be
bright".
