What I really like about HeQQo' is how it demonstrates the problems with translation. It's easy to get caught up in the problems of going from English to Klingon and think that somehow something is missing from Klingon. But just try translation the ship name HeQQo' into English. The It-Does-Not-Comply? The Non-Compliant? The Compliantless? Why doesn't English have a word for that? It must be incomplete and lacking. Who do I petition to fix this?
