Not regularly, but he does. During the past ten-fifteen years, he has
revealed about a thousand new words.

Yes, but Okrand does not always answer all the questions. He still is
"in the game" (see Intro of TKD) and has to ask Maltz to get information.

Very rarely, but he does.
