Those names, just like most personal Klingon names in the Star Trek
universe aren't "proper" Klingon orthography, nor are they the common
transcription we use. They're phonetic respellings in English and not
accurately render the Klingon pronuniciation. Also "Worf" or "B'Etor"
aren't possible words in Klingon.
For some of these we have the Klingon spelling, though:
B'rel =3D {bI'rel}
K'tinga =3D {qItI'nga'}
Worf =3D {wo'rIv}
B'Etor =3D {be'etor}
d'k tahg =3D {Daqtagh}
Kruge =3D {Qugh}
Apostrophes in non-Klingon spelling often doesn't serve much purpose. You
have similar spellings in names of other aliens in other series, such as
Teal'c in Stargate SG-1.
- Andr=C3=A9
P.S.: {nuqneH} and {Qapla'} are not greetings. Why would you write a
message to the mailinglist asking what we want? It's you, who wants
something. There is no Klingon word for 'hello', {nuqneH?} is only one
possibility to say when someone approaches you, but not what you would say
when you approach someone. Likewise, why {Qapla'}? You're wishing us
success... but success with what? It's not a greeting, it's a wish.
