As most of you know, I'm the one who is providing most of the Klingon
language expertise for the Klingon version of Bing translator:

Microsoft of course is providing everything else.
There hasn't been an update for a while, and I've been waiting for one since
April. I was getting worried that they were not going to work on Klingon
anymore, so I prompted for an update today. I've learned that they are
still working on it, but Klingon and a lot of other languages are being
delayed for "various technical and strategy reasons."
I'll let you know as soon as I know, but as the weeks pass, if you want to
check yourself for an update, ask it to translate qatru'-that was in the
last group of improvements I made.
