There is no good way to do this, so I just made it a question with a
question mark. Imagine my tone rising to ask a question. (I don't think
we have any clear evidence that a rising tone at the end indicates a
question in Klingon.)
I didn't say {yuQna' bIH'a' pagh yuQHom bIH'a'?} because that seems
patently wrong to me, and just an Englished thing to say. ("Is it yes or
no or is it yes or no?")
You could get around the problem with {yuQna' pagh yuQHom; bIH tIngu'!}.
But I was asking a rhetorical question (don't tell me Klingons never ask
rhetorical questions), not ordering you to do something. Heck, I wasn't
even talking to "you."
Maybe {yuQna' bIH pagh yuQHom bIH; jISovbe'}.
