I put any additional information in square brackets, but keep formatting
always identical, so bold is tlhIngan, italic for translation,
explanations are standard.
examples:
*jaj wa'* _Day one_ [_Sunday_]
*mutlhwI'* [untranslated] A mutlhwI' puts things together.
