You need to install wu.ftpd, supplied as an RPM somewhere on the
installation CD, and then edit /etc/inetd.cof as follows:
ftp stream tcp nowait root /usr/sbin/tcpd wu.ftpd -l -i -a
I've already reported the failure of the installation to do this
as a bug.
