yes, members.ml.org has been down since last week. they do not know
when they will be back up.

assuning that an old IP is not being used by someone else, does anyone
know how to specifically request an IP from a DHCP server? I have
tried a few things but none of them seem to work. the 0.70 docs do
not help.
