I am not sure but why not just grab it from kernel.org and play with the tar
ball instead? I guess kernel is one of the package never get updated in my
rpm database. :-)

Sorry if this has already been asked but has an RPM for
kernel-source-2.0.36.rpm, kernel-headers-2.0.36.rpm been issued yet?
2.0.36-final has just been released so I'm anxious to play with it.
