I'm sure you also know about the mtools that come with RH. If the
diskette is formatted as a fat filesystem and you have read+write privileges
set on /dev/fd[01] you can copy files to floppy using mcopy.

Of course if you truly wish to mount the floppy to copy files back and
forth, Ramon's suggestion is correct -- in which case, I'll shut up now.
