Hey,

the classic book to learn C programming is, of course, A Book on C.
This book is a straight to the point illustration of most of C's
features. And you can find some execrices at the end of every chapter.
Some are easy, but other's are tough to solve even for some pretty
advanced programmers.

At least give it a shot, it will be worth your while.
