Pretty much agree -- with perhaps a slightly longer time frame.  But 13 
months ago I wrote a nice letter to PowerQuest asking them if they had 
any plans on adding ext2 support to Partition Magic.  I got a personal 
response thanking me for my interest in their products, but rather firmly 
saying that they had "no plans" to incorporate ext2 support into PM.  
Funny how quickly a changing market can change your plans, eh?  ;-)
