Theoretically you could but you would in turn have the virtualize an IP.
Your lan card would have to respond to TWO IP addresses to do this...
This might introduce other problems though and not permit IP_masq to
function.
The ADSL attempts to talk to an interface that has a "permitted" IP address.
Your other machines would (normally) talk to another interface on your linux
machine... with it's own local IP. Linux would either route or Masq packets
between them.
To get a single interface to work, you'ld have to assign a "false" IP to the
card as well. The clients would talk to the this IP...
You probably will not want to do this given the cost of cards and hubs...
