No very dificult :
Compile the kernel for ISDN.
Include PPP support, and MPPP (Channel bundling)
Select the Siemens chipset, and then you can choose the 16.3 card.
Then get the isdn4k-utils rpm somewhere. I could't managet to get the
original package to compile.
Then just read the doc's, and have a look at the examples.

It thinks the ISDN adapter is a Network Interface Card (NIC). When packets
come in, ipppd dials in.
