I'm using 4.5 with RH 5.0 and KDE 1.0, and I have to say that it has many
problems. I found 4.07 to be much more stable. The most annoying "feature" is
that if you have multiple windows open for browsing and I go to close one of
the windows...*all* of the windows close and completely shuts down
Communicator. Another annoyance is when I go to read a newsgroup and enter my
username and password, Communicator will crash unless I have the browser running
too! It also crashes if I'm viewing a web page and I click on an e-mail link.
If I have Netscape mail running and I click on the link it doesn't crash,
however. Yet another problem is that after Netscape Mail has been running for a
while, it will quit polling e-mail and won't allow you to do it manually...so I
have to shut it down and restart to get it working againg. I could go on...

Regards,

Chris
