All of our sites currently are setup with Class C's and are setup
that way where the ISP is the authority for the IP's, they are
pointing to our nameservers as primary for that information. There
is a slight delay when we make a change but since they are planned
ahead and rarely change anyway, it hasn't been a problem.
Unlike all of our other sites we have, this one here owns its own
Class C and controls its own Reverse DNS.
We have several smaller sites going in later this month and they are
all using much smaller numbers of IP's (typically 16) and are
supposed to be setup in the same fashion. I'm not sure what method
they are using to get the reverse DNS for those sites yet though.
